本 PR 保留 UK 最新 main 的服务回退、字体资源、构建忽略文件及首页取消版本跳转的设计，更新 Hub 后台英文界面，并修复合入最新修改后发现的启动和日期回归。

• Hub 后台标题、表单、状态和接入进度统一为英文，移除语言选择器与旧 localStorage 语言依赖；更新脚本 URL，避免旧缓存访问已移除的控件。保留 CSRF、重复提交保护和轮询生命周期。
• 首页版本徽章继续不可点击。用服务端渲染的 data-version-url 保留页面与配置的版本一致性校验，兼容旧页面的 href；不会因取消链接而在存在 Git commit 元数据时卡住加载。补齐版本文字的空值回退及 HTML 属性转义，保留自定义换行。
• 恢复无效／缺失日期保护，避免回退后的 Intl.RelativeTimeFormat 抛出 RangeError；有效日期与 epoch 0 行为保持。

基于 main acb8cab0769bc6eb90ebd5cc92228d16240b849e。此前共享排位、Token 接入、历史赛季等功能已在 main；本 PR 当前仅涉及上述调整及对应版本合同测试，共六个文件。远端全部 461 个文件的 blob 与 mode 均与本地验证树一致；未覆盖主分支其他改动。

验证：合入最新 main 并完成修复后，UK JavaScript 204 passed；Python 253 passed / 5 skipped。版本合同实际渲染生产模板、执行生产 Loader，覆盖不可点击徽章、旧 href 兼容、陈旧／缺失／无效身份拒绝、版本文字转义及 URL 规范化；日期回归覆盖实际歌曲信息调用。五个角色相关跳过项不计为通过。

保持 Draft，供审核。此次没有部署或修改 Asia、Hub、WS 生产环境；本地回归不代表 UK 生产接入或完整生产实战验证已完成。
